Caretaker UltraFlex water valve motor has a sensor plate assembly screwed onto it. This sensor plate assembly design changed in the year 2009.

If you have updated your UltraFlex Motor since 2009, you will need this sensor plate. This sensor plate will also work on UltraFlex 1 Motor Upgrade R0856400.
